About the event
Join us for Arctic Adventures week at ConnectEd & Inspired this February Vacation! Perfect workshops for youth 5+. Each day offers a different project keeping particpants engaged while learning all about the Arctic. Tuition for the full week (Monday-Thursday) is discounted at $135 ($15 discount) and includes all materials and step by step instruction to complete each project! A limited number of daily tickets are available.
Projects are as follows:
Monday - Watercolor - learn watercolor techniques as you create a watercolor with Northern Lights with a polar bear
Tuesday- Clay Creations - Create a clay penguin & glaze (Projects will stay at ConnectEd to be kiln fired)
Wednesday - Mixed Media Artic Mountains & Glaciers with wildlife
Thursday -Mosaic Whales
Each day, participants will also have the opportunity to think like scientists as they explore various habitats and adaptations for survival, learn how igloos are made, dive into the sealife and wildlife that thrive in the Arctic. Games and experiments will built in as time allows throughout the week.
